Shipping Policy (St. Thomas Customers)

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping time is reliant on the availability of Ferry Services to St. Thomas

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $10 flat rate shipping to St. Thomas. ( This is subject to the change due to prices charged at the ferry)

We offer free shipping for orders over $125.

Local Delivery (including sister islands)

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100. For orders under $100, please see the below table showing charges by location.

Deliveries are made from 5-7pm on Mon-Fri and from 8am-4pm on Sat. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the expected delivery time. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and Delivery fees with free local pickup at Cynthia’s Corner Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a few hrs. (next day max). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-6pm on Mon-Sat. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
